服务条款、取消与退款政策

下列通用条款适用于通过官网或 App 提交的订单；具体产品、日期、人数、费用和供应商限制以订单合同与产品页为准。付款或签署前请完整阅读。

1. 1. 主体：本合同由 Voyageur LLC（内华达州）与客人订立。电话 +1 626-889-0616，微信 Voyageur_lx，邮箱 Zwenting1984@gmail.com。本合同文本不构成法律意见。

2. 2. 服务内容：按合同首页所列行程、日期、人数、选项和酒店地址提供地面接待与交通。门票、餐食、景点排队、个人消费默认自理，合同另有载明的除外。

   Services: ground transport and guiding for the itinerary, date, party size, options, and hotel listed on page 1. Tickets, meals, attraction queues, and personal spend are extra unless stated.

3. 3. 价格与付款：行程价格以美元计。人民币付款按固定汇率 1 美元 = 7 元人民币计算，支持支付宝、微信支付和银行卡转账。请在付款前联系 Voyageur LLC 确认人民币应付金额并获取收款资料。合同总额、本次应付及后续应付（如有）必须与确认单一致。全款订单一次性付清；定金订单的尾款按合同所列日期支付。美国账户可通过 Zelle 转账至 7026591628，收款公司 Voyageur LLC。其他美国银行账户转账请先联系公司获取账户资料。请在转账备注中填写姓名和确认编号，并通过邮箱 Zwenting1984@gmail.com 或电话 +1 626-889-0616 提交付款凭证。收到凭证不等于到账确认；付款状态由公司人工核对。未付本次应付款，公司可取消名额。

   Price and payment: billed in USD. The contract total, amount due now, and balance must match the confirmation. Full-payment orders are paid in one transaction; deposits follow the stated balance date. U.S. Zelle transfers: 7026591628, Voyageur LLC. Contact the company for other U.S. bank transfer details. Include the guest name and confirmation reference. Payment is subject to manual receipt verification.

4. 4. 取消、退款与改期：订单一经预订并支付即成立。客人取消订单或未按时参加，视为主动放弃行程。 团费定金、接送定金及其他定金一经支付，不予退款、不允许改期，也不可转至其他日期、产品、订单或他人名下。 产品内已选择并支付的自费项目费用不予退还。国家公园或景点门票、演出票、活动票、直升机、皮划艇、游船以及其他第三方预订，一经购买或确认均不退、不改、不可转让。 羚羊谷门票是门票改期的唯一例外：如需修改使用日期，每张收取 $25 改期费；新日期及场次必须有余位，并须由 Voyageur 以微信或电子邮件书面确认。新日期如有票价差额，客人须另行补付。客人自行留言或自行更改行程，不代表门票改期成功。 收费门票、活动票和第三方预约必须由 Voyageur 统一代订，不接受客人自行购买。客人自行购买的票不抵扣订单费用；因自行购票的日期、场次、地点、票种、姓名或人数不匹配造成的无法入场、行程调整及损失，由客人自行承担。 迟到、缺席、证件问题及其他客人个人原因造成无法参加或入场的，已付费用不退。 因供应商、天气、航空管制、安全、公园关闭或公司确认无法提供服务时，不视为客人取消；公司将按照实际供应商政策提供替代安排或处理可退部分。已经产生且供应商不退的票务及活动费用仍不可退还。

   Cancellation, refund, and date change: A reservation is confirmed once the order is booked and payment is made. Guest cancellation or no-show is treated as voluntary forfeiture of the trip. Tour deposits, transfer deposits, and all other deposits are non-refundable, non-changeable, and may not be transferred to another date, product, order, or person once paid. Paid optional activities are non-refundable. National park or attraction admission, show tickets, activity tickets, helicopter, kayak, boat, and all other third-party reservations are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable once purchased or confirmed. Antelope Canyon tickets are the only ticket date-change exception. Changing the use date costs $25 per ticket, is subject to availability for the requested date and time, and is valid only after written confirmation from Voyageur by WeChat or email. The guest must pay any fare difference. A guest message or self-arranged itinerary change does not confirm a ticket change. All paid admission, activity tickets, and third-party reservations required by the itinerary must be booked through Voyageur. Guest-purchased tickets are not accepted as substitutes and do not reduce the order price. The guest is responsible for entry denial, itinerary disruption, and losses caused by a self-purchased ticket with a mismatched date, time, location, ticket type, name, or party size. Late arrival, no-show, document issues, and other guest-caused inability to participate or enter are non-refundable. If a supplier, weather, air-traffic control, safety condition, park closure, or the company makes the service unavailable, the case is handled under the applicable supplier policy and is not treated as a guest cancellation. Non-refundable supplier costs remain non-refundable.

5. 5. 不可抗力例外：因天气、山火、公园关闭、政府命令或公司确认无法出团时，由公司根据实际供应商政策提供改期、调整线路或其他可行处理；已经产生且供应商不退的票务费用仍受第三方规则限制。

   Force-majeure exception: if weather, fire, park closure, government order, or the company prevents operation, the company will offer rebooking, rerouting, or another available remedy subject to supplier rules. Supplier charges already incurred remain subject to the supplier’s non-refundable terms.

6. 6. 客人责任：准时在集合点等候；遵守司机与景点规则；看管随身物品；不得要求超速或违法停车。迟到超过 15 分钟，行程可能压缩或视为放弃当日服务，已付费用不退。

   Guest duties: be on time; follow driver and park rules; keep valuables; do not request speeding or illegal stops. More than 15 minutes late may shorten or forfeit that day's service without refund.

7. 7. 证件与许可：客人须持有效护照/签证/驾照（如自选驾驶）及景点要求的身份证明。因证件问题未能入园或入境，费用不退。

   Documents: valid passport/visa/ID (and license if self-driving) as required by parks and border. Failure to enter due to documents is non-refundable.

8. 8. 保险：强烈建议客人自行购买旅行取消险、医疗与意外险。公司不提供个人旅行保险。

   Insurance: guests should buy their own trip-cancellation, medical, and accident cover. The company does not sell personal travel insurance.

9. 9. 不可抗力：天气、山火、公园关闭、交通管制、车辆故障、公共卫生或政府命令导致无法按原计划出行时，公司尽力改期或调整线路，不承担间接损失（机票、酒店、工资等）。

   Force majeure: weather, fire, park closure, traffic, breakdown, public-health or government orders. The company will try to rebook or reroute and is not liable for indirect losses (flights, hotels, wages).

10. 10. 责任限制：在法律允许范围内，公司对合同项下的赔偿不超过该订单实付金额。人身伤害按适用法律处理。不承担精神损害、利润损失或第三方责任（景点、酒店、航空）。

    Liability cap: to the extent allowed by law, company liability is limited to amounts paid on this order. Bodily injury follows applicable law. No liability for distress, lost profits, or third-party vendors.

11. 11. 隐私：姓名、电话、邮箱、酒店地址仅用于合同、接送与收款，不出售。客人在银行或支付平台操作付款，公司人工核对；本站不要求输入银行卡或支付密码。

    Privacy: name, phone, email, and hotel are used only for the contract, pickup, and payment, and are not sold. Guests pay through their bank or payment platform. Receipt is manually verified; this site does not ask for card numbers or payment passwords.

12. 12. 争议与法律：先友好协商；不成则提交内华达州克拉克县（拉斯维加斯）有管辖权的法院。适用内华达州法律（冲突法除外）。中英文本不一致时，以便于执行的文本为准，金额以美元数字为准。

    Disputes and law: negotiate first; then courts in Clark County, Nevada. Nevada law applies (excluding conflict rules). If CN/EN conflict, the operable text and the USD figures control.

13. 13. 电子签名：勾选「已阅读并同意」、填写姓名并完成在线手写签名，即表示同意以电子方式签署本合同，与手签同等有效。系统记录签署人姓名、邮箱、时间、IP 与设备信息，用于审计。签署后生成最终副本，改价须重新签署。

    E-sign: checking “I have read and agree”, entering the signer name, and completing an online handwritten signature is an electronic signature with the same effect as wet ink. Name, email, time, IP, and device are logged. After signing, a final copy is issued; price changes require a new signature.

RMB payments use a fixed rate of USD 1 = CNY 7. Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank transfer are accepted. Contact Voyageur LLC before payment to confirm the CNY amount and obtain payment details.
